A problem would be like, not being able to post or vote on polls or some kind of technical problem. Not like,"So&so is being mean to me!". That is not a problem. If something like that gets so bad it might start a flame war, report it to a mod(you really shouldn't reply to an offensive post in the first place). Anyway, those kind of problems are not for this forum.
