ooohhh... tough one. i think brockenstar, he was evil.

Um, I don't see how bluestar could have been a bad leader...anyway, I said brokenstar as well because he...
1. Made kits be apprentices at 2 moons,
2. Made apprentices into warriors too early,
3. Tried to basically take over the forest,
4. Exiled his own mother, yellowfang.

I agree, Brokenstar was the worst. Tigerstar comes in a close second though.
